We do not accept refunds or returns for the following reasons:

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.
To submit a claim, please provide:

Once your request is reviewed, we may offer:

3. Return Eligibility
If a return is approved:

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
